About the artist

Sarah Roberts, an environmentally conscious multi-disciplinary artist, creates many different styles of art which is inspired by the land or her over active imagination. 

From land art, performance art, storytelling and more recently, stop motion movies, Sarah strives to utilise her creativity to achieve an understanding of the land and its people. 

Stories, and the sharing of these stories have been a great passion for the artist since her childhood. Sarah often shares these stories and her published poetry at regular events across Ireland and abroad. Sarah is also working on a series of stop motion movies which explores her interest in silent movies and these movies ability to convey a story.

When Sarah isn't creating you can find her facilitating storytelling and land art workshops. Sarah also illustrates original works of art for poetry journals, album covers and charities such as 'A Community of Hope' Artists for Dublin Simon.
